TeleCRM Alternative: 8 Better-Fit Telecalling CRMs for Indian Sales Teams (2026)

Looking for a TeleCRM alternative? Compare 8 telecalling CRMs for Indian sales teams, with real costs at 10, 25 and 50 users and 2025 TRAI calling rules.

Indian sales team comparing a TeleCRM alternative for telecalling
Phone-led sales teams outgrow tools faster than they expect.

TeleCRM is easy to start with. Lots of Indian sales teams love it for exactly that reason.

But then the team grows. The per-user bill grows with it. And you start wanting things a telecalling tool wasn’t built for, like quotations, orders or one view of staff and sales.

That’s usually when people search for a TeleCRM alternative.

In this guide you’ll see 8 options compared on price, calling setup and fit, plus:

  • What each tool really costs at 10, 25 and 50 users
  • The TeleCRM Switch Map: which tool fixes which complaint
  • The 2025 TRAI rules every telecalling team now has to follow

Let’s dive right in.

A TeleCRM alternative is any sales CRM or telecalling tool that can replace TeleCRM’s core job: assigning leads, dialling them from a phone, logging every call and reminding reps to follow up. The right one depends on your team size, whether reps call from their own SIM or a cloud number, and what else you need beyond calling.

Quick answer: TeleCRM alternative (November 2026)

  • Best for factories and retail chains that need sales, staff and billing in one app: Mera Udyog, ₹9,999 a month flat for up to 50 users.
  • Best for small telecalling teams on a budget: NeoDove NeoLite, ₹17,999 a year for up to 10 users.
  • Best for large teams wanting unlimited seats on one price: Kylas, ₹12,999 a month flat.
  • Best for mid-market teams with complex lead routing: LeadSquared, quote-based (about ₹2,500 per user per month, Kylas estimate).
  • TeleCRM itself costs ₹799 per user per month on annual billing, with a 3-user minimum (G2 listing, 2026).

Why Teams Look for a TeleCRM Alternative

Teams usually leave TeleCRM for one of five reasons: per-user cost at scale, a 3-user minimum with no free trial, gaps in reporting, support concerns, or needing more than a telecalling tool. TeleCRM’s reviews are positive overall, so the reason matters more than the brand.

Here’s what users actually report.

1. Cost grows with every rep. TeleCRM lists ₹799 per user per month on annual billing and ₹1,099 on quarterly billing, with a minimum of 3 users and no free trial (G2 pricing page, as of March 2026). The same page lists a WhatsApp Chat Sync add-on at ₹200 per user per month.

2. Small but real product gaps. Reviewers on Capterra India mention that you can’t create two leads with the same phone number, that call syncing sometimes lags, and that they wanted separate access levels for managers and junior staff.

3. Reporting and advanced features. G2 reviewers flag missing bulk email, AI insights, long-range visual team reports and whisper coaching (G2).

4. Support experience is mixed. Capterra India rates TeleCRM 4.3 out of 5 from 8 reviews with a 4.4 for support, but its one negative review describes weak after-sales help and a WhatsApp bot that stopped working.

5. You need more than telecalling. Many Indian businesses sell by phone and then need quotations, sales orders, GST invoices and staff tracking.

A pure telecalling CRM leaves those in Excel.

Note: TeleCRM has fewer than 20 reviews on each major review site, so treat any single complaint as a signal to test, not a verdict.

TeleCRM Alternatives at a Glance

The 8 TeleCRM alternatives below (and TeleCRM competitors worth a look) split into three groups: flat-priced platforms, per-user CRMs, and call-tracking tools you pair with a CRM. Here’s how they compare:

What Each Option Really Costs at 10, 25 and 50 Users

A TeleCRM alternative can cost less than ₹2,000 or more than ₹1 lakh a month for the same team, depending on whether it charges per user or a flat fee. We ran the numbers at three team sizes using each vendor’s annual-billing price, excluding GST.

Tool10 users / month25 users / month50 users / month
TeleCRM (₹799/user)₹7,990₹19,975₹39,950
TeleCRM + WhatsApp Chat Sync (₹999/user)₹9,990₹24,975₹49,950
NeoDove NeoLite / NeoPlus~₹1,500Custom (NeoPlus covers 20)Custom
Kylas (flat)₹12,999₹12,999₹12,999
LeadSquared Pro (estimate)~₹25,000~₹62,500~₹1,25,000
Bigin Premier (₹720/user)₹7,200₹18,000₹36,000
Freshsales Growth (₹749/user)₹7,490₹18,725₹37,450
Zoho CRM Standard (₹800/user)₹8,000₹20,000₹40,000
Mera Udyog (flat, up to 50)₹9,999₹9,999₹9,999

Our calculation. Callyzer is left out because it tracks calls but needs a separate CRM. Add-ons such as WhatsApp API, IVR and cloud calling minutes are extra on most tools.

Here’s the pattern:

Per user pricing is cheapest for small teams. Flat pricing wins as you grow.

Mera Udyog’s flat price beats TeleCRM’s annual price at about 13 users (₹9,999 ÷ ₹799 = 12.5), or at about 10 users if you also pay for WhatsApp Chat Sync. Kylas overtakes TeleCRM at about 17 users.

But price isn’t the whole story. A flat tool only saves money if you’d actually use what it includes.

Pro tip

Count the people who need a login, not just the callers. Managers, sales coordinators and back-office staff push per-user bills up fast.

The TeleCRM Switch Map

The TeleCRM Switch Map matches each common reason for leaving TeleCRM to the alternatives that fix it best. Start from your reason, not from a feature list.

The 8 Best TeleCRM Alternatives in India

Each TeleCRM alternative below is listed with who it suits, what it does well, honest limits and current pricing.

1. Mera Udyog: Best for Factories and Retail Chains That Sell by Phone

Mera Udyog is an all-in-one business app for Indian manufacturers and multi-outlet retail chains with 20 to 500 people. It combines a sales CRM with SIM-based call tracking, attendance, payroll, GST billing and inventory.

How calling works: Calls your team makes from their own phone SIM are tracked automatically, with call counts, talk time and missed follow-ups per salesperson (Mera Udyog platform). In the Android app, reps work a daily call list one lead at a time (call, WhatsApp, note, next), send WhatsApp templates pre-filled with lead details, and log field visits with voice notes (Google Play listing).

What sets it apart: The enquiry, customer KYC, quotation and sales order live in one record. Orders can be routed to the right plant or outlet.

For example, Sidheshwarr RMC, a ready-mix concrete maker in Nagpur with three plants and 200+ staff, uses Mera Udyog’s call analytics to track sales calls, capture enquiries, complete KYC and send quotations. Confirmed orders go straight to the plants, and the same app runs attendance and payroll for all 200 people.

Limits: Fewer marketing automation features and third-party integrations than Zoho or HubSpot. The mobile app is Android, so check iPhone needs in the trial. If you have 5 callers and need nothing beyond calling, a per-user tool is cheaper.

Price: ₹9,999 per month or ₹89,990 per year for up to 50 users, all modules included, 7-day free trial with no card (pricing).

2. NeoDove: Best Budget Telecalling CRM for Small Teams

NeoDove is the closest like-for-like TeleCRM replacement: a telecalling CRM for Indian teams, sold on annual plans by user band.

Strengths: A dedicated CRM for telecalling with a low entry price, pipelines, workflows and optional AI calling agents on higher plans.

Limits: WhatsApp Business API, IVR and VoIP are paid add-ons on every plan. Its FAQ asks buyers to confirm final pricing with the team, so check before you pay.

Price: NeoLite ₹17,999 a year for up to 10 users, NeoPlus ₹24,999 a year for up to 20 users, AI plans from ₹22,999 a year (NeoDove pricing, September 2026).

3. Kylas: Best for Large Teams on One Flat Price

Kylas is an Indian sales CRM with a single flat price for unlimited users, which makes it attractive once your team passes about 17 people.

Strengths: Unlimited seats, lead and deal management, and add-ons such as field sales tracking.

Limits: Calling runs through telephony integrations rather than a built-in SIM approach, and several features are paid add-ons.

Price: ₹12,999 per month flat for unlimited users, or ₹1,55,988 a year (Kylas, August 2026). A free Embark plan covers 1,000 records.

4. LeadSquared: Best for Mid-Market Teams With Complex Lead Routing

LeadSquared is a sales execution CRM used by large Indian sales teams in education, financial services and healthcare. It suits businesses handling high lead volumes from many sources.

Strengths: Deep lead routing, automation and field sales features.

Limits: Pricing is quote-based and the most expensive on this list for big teams. Setup usually needs onboarding help.

Price: Quote-based. Kylas estimates LeadSquared Pro at about ₹30,000 per user per year, roughly ₹2,500 per user per month (Kylas comparison, August 2026). Treat this as an estimate and get a written quote.

5. Bigin by Zoho: Best for Small Teams Already Using Zoho

Bigin is Zoho’s lightweight pipeline CRM for small businesses.

Strengths: Simple pipelines, a free edition, and an easy path into other Zoho apps.

Limits: Telecalling depends on telephony integrations. It isn’t built around SIM call logging the way TeleCRM is.

Price: Express ₹400, Premier ₹720 and Bigin 360 ₹1,080 per user per month.

6. Freshsales: Best Free Starting Point

Freshsales by Freshworks is a global CRM with a free plan and a built-in phone option.

Strengths: Free entry plan, clean interface, built-in calling and email.

Limits: Global product with fewer India-specific workflows like IndiaMART-first lead handling or SIM-based logging. Costs rise steeply on the Pro plan.

Price: Free plan; Growth ₹749 and Pro ₹3,239 per user per month.

7. Zoho CRM: Best for Deep Customisation

Zoho CRM is the full-featured CRM in Zoho’s suite, with free use for up to 3 users.

Strengths: Heavy customisation, large integration library, strong reporting.

Limits: More setup than a telecalling tool, and per-user costs add up for big calling teams. See our Zoho CRM alternative guide if you’re weighing that route.

Price: Free up to 3 users; paid plans ₹800 to ₹2,600 per user per month.

8. Callyzer: Best for Tracking SIM Calls Alongside Your Existing CRM

Callyzer isn’t a full CRM. It’s a SIM-based call tracking tool that reports incoming, outgoing, missed and connected calls for each rep from one dashboard, and connects to other CRMs through its API and Zapier (Capterra India).

Strengths: Very low cost, 15-day free trial, no change to how reps call.

Limits: You still need a CRM for leads, pipelines and quotations.

Price: From ₹175 per number per month.

SIM Calling vs Cloud Telephony: Know the 2025 TRAI Rules

SIM-based calling means reps call from a normal mobile number and the CRM logs the call. Cloud telephony routes calls through a virtual number, which adds IVR, call recording and auto dialer features but costs extra per minute.

Both are legal for following up on enquiries. Neither makes cold promotional calling from personal numbers legal.

Most TeleCRM alternative lists skip this, but it decides how you should set up any telecalling CRM in 2026.

Here’s what changed: The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) amended its commercial communication rules (TCCCPR) in February 2025. Telemarketing from 10-digit numbers is banned, promotional calls must use the 140 series, and service and transactional calls use the 1600 series (FoneArena, 2025).

Penalties are serious. A first violation can bar a sender’s outgoing services for 15 days, and repeat violations can mean disconnection for one year plus blacklisting across telecom operators (same source). TRAI’s July 2026 clarification adds that entities making promotional calls must register with telecom providers under the TCCCPR framework (TRAI press release 91/2026).

What this means for your sales team:

  1. Calling people who enquired (from IndiaMART, your website, ads or a walk-in) is the normal use of a telecalling CRM. Keep a record of where each lead came from.
  2. Cold promotional calling to lists of people who never enquired should run through a registered 140-series setup, not reps’ personal SIMs.
  3. Spam complaints hurt everyone. A blocked SIM stops the whole rep, so train the team to call only real leads.

Important: This is general information, not legal advice. Check your calling setup with your telecom provider or a legal advisor.

How to Switch From TeleCRM in One Week

Switching from TeleCRM takes about a week if you export first, test with live leads, and run both tools side by side before cancelling. Here’s the plan we recommend:

  1. Day 1: Export everything. Leads, call history, notes and follow-up dates from TeleCRM into Excel or CSV.
  2. Day 2: Shortlist two tools using the Switch Map and cost table above. Start both free trials where available.
  3. Day 3: Map your fields. Lead stages, sources, owners and custom fields. Fix duplicate phone numbers now.
  4. Days 4 to 5: Test with 20 live leads per tool. Have two reps call from the new app and check every call lands on the right lead.
  5. Day 6: Compare. Calls logged, follow-ups shown, reports a manager can read in two minutes.
  6. Day 7: Switch and import. Move all leads, keep TeleCRM read-only until your billing period ends.

FAQ

What is the best TeleCRM alternative in India?

The best TeleCRM alternative depends on team size and needs. NeoDove suits small budget teams, Kylas suits large teams wanting a flat price, LeadSquared suits mid-market teams with complex routing, and Mera Udyog suits factories and retail chains that need sales CRM, attendance, payroll and billing in one app.

How much does TeleCRM cost?

TeleCRM costs ₹799 per user per month on annual billing and ₹1,099 on quarterly billing, with a 3-user minimum, according to its G2 listing as of March 2026. A WhatsApp Chat Sync add-on costs ₹200 per user per month. Confirm current pricing with TeleCRM before buying.

Is there a cheaper alternative to TeleCRM?

Yes. NeoDove NeoLite costs ₹17,999 a year for up to 10 users, about ₹1,500 a month, and Freshsales has a free plan. For teams above roughly 13 users, flat-priced tools such as Mera Udyog (₹9,999 a month for up to 50 users) cost less than TeleCRM’s per-user price.

Which CRM is best for telecalling with my own SIM?

CRMs that log calls from reps’ own SIM cards include TeleCRM, Mera Udyog and NeoDove, and Callyzer adds SIM call tracking to other CRMs. SIM calling needs no new numbers or hardware, but cold promotional calls must follow TRAI’s 140-series rules.

TeleCRM vs NeoDove: which is better?

NeoDove is cheaper for teams of up to 10 or 20 users because it sells annual plans by user band, while TeleCRM charges per user. TeleCRM includes more in its base plan, while NeoDove charges extra for WhatsApp API, IVR and VoIP. Trial both with real leads before deciding.

Can I move my data from TeleCRM to another CRM?

Yes. Export leads, notes and call history to Excel or CSV, map the fields to the new TeleCRM alternative, and import. Run both tools side by side for a few days with live leads before switching the whole team.
