Zoho CRM is a good product. That is not why you are here.
You are here because something stopped fitting: the bill grows with every new salesperson, calls happen on phones the CRM never sees, or your team simply stopped opening it. Most lists of Zoho CRM alternatives are written in dollars for American SaaS teams, so they don’t help an Indian factory, dealer network or retail chain.
This guide compares 8 options in rupees, for 10 and 25 users, and matches each one to the exact reason people leave Zoho. It ends with a step-by-step Zoho exit checklist so you lose no data when you switch.
A Zoho CRM alternative is any customer relationship management software that replaces Zoho CRM for managing leads, follow-ups, calls and deals. In India, the common alternatives are Bigin, Freshsales, HubSpot, TeleCRM, NeoDove, Kylas, LeadSquared and all-in-one apps such as Mera Udyog, priced from free to about ₹2,500 per user a month.
Quick answer: best Zoho CRM alternative in India (November 2026)
- Best for factories and retail chains: Mera Udyog combines a SIM-based calling CRM with attendance, payroll, GST billing and inventory for ₹9,999 a month for up to 50 users.
- Best cheaper option from Zoho itself: Bigin costs ₹400 to ₹1,080 per user a month billed annually, with a free edition.
- Best for telecalling teams: TeleCRM costs ₹799 per user a month billed annually, and NeoDove costs ₹17,999 a year for up to 10 users.
- Best flat price for large sales teams: Kylas costs ₹12,999 a month for unlimited users.
- Best polished general CRM: Freshsales Growth costs ₹749 per user a month billed annually, with calling charged per minute.
- Zoho CRM itself is free for 3 users and costs ₹800 to ₹2,600 per user a month on paid plans, before 18% GST.
Disclosure: Mera Udyog is our own product. We list it where it genuinely fits and say plainly where other tools are the better choice. Prices were checked on November 3, 2026 and exclude 18% GST.
Why Businesses Look for a Zoho CRM Alternative
Most businesses look for a Zoho CRM alternative because of cost that rises per user, features locked in higher plans, calling that needs a separate telephony provider, or a learning curve their sales team won’t climb. Zoho CRM itself is well rated: 4.3 out of 5 from 7,008 reviews on Capterra, as of October 2026.
The complaints in those reviews repeat, though. Reviewers mention a steep learning curve, a cluttered interface, slow or generic support and customization that takes time to configure. Ease of use scores 4.2 and customer service 4.1.
Here are the five reasons we hear most from Indian SMEs:
- Per-user pricing. Every new salesperson adds ₹800 to ₹2,600 a month on paid plans, before GST.
- Features locked in higher plans. Blueprint (process enforcement), SalesSignals, custom modules, quotes and invoices and webhooks are missing from Standard, according to Cloudfy Systems’ 2026 pricing guide. Zia AI and territory management sit in Enterprise.
- Calling needs a third party. Zoho CRM connects to telephony providers such as Exotel and Knowlarity through Zoho PhoneBridge, and the call charges come from that provider (FreJun, September 2026).
- Too much software for a small team. A 10-person team often uses a fraction of the features and still pays for the setup effort.
- CRM is only one of the apps you need. Factories and retail chains also run attendance, payroll, billing and stock, often in four separate tools.

Most “best alternatives” lists don’t separate these reasons. That matters, because the right replacement depends entirely on which one is yours.
Zoho CRM Alternatives at a Glance
The table below compares 8 Zoho CRM alternatives on starting price, pricing model and what each one is best for in India. All prices are per month, billed annually, before 18% GST, unless stated.
| CRM | Starting price | Pricing model | Built-in calling | Best for |

| Bigin by Zoho | Free; ₹400/user | Per user | Via integrations | Small teams who like Zoho but want it simpler |
| Freshsales | Free; ₹749/user | Per user | Freshcaller, per minute | Teams wanting a clean, modern sales CRM |
| HubSpot | Free; $9/seat (billed in USD) | Per seat | Via HubSpot calling or integrations | Inbound marketing plus sales |
| TeleCRM | ₹799/user | Per user | Mobile calling with recording | Telecalling and lead follow-up teams |

The Zoho Switch Map: Match Your Reason to the Right CRM
The Zoho Switch Map links each common reason for leaving Zoho CRM to the type of alternative that solves it. Pick your main reason first, then shortlist only the tools in that row.
| Your main reason for leaving Zoho CRM | What to look for | Shortlist |
|---|---|---|
| “The bill grows with every new salesperson” | Flat or pack pricing | Kylas, Mera Udyog, NeoDove |
| “My team calls from their own phones and the CRM sees nothing” | SIM-based or mobile call logging with recording | Mera Udyog, TeleCRM, NeoDove |
| “It’s too complex for a 10-person team” | Simple pipeline, quick setup | Bigin, Freshsales, HubSpot Free |
| “I need Blueprint-style process control without Enterprise pricing” | Workflows on lower plans | Freshsales Pro, LeadSquared |
| “Sales is fine, but HR, payroll, billing and stock are all separate apps” | One app with shared employee and customer data | Mera Udyog (or Zoho One, see below) |
| “I want to stay with Zoho but pay less” | Lighter Zoho product | Bigin |

If you tick two rows, weigh the one that costs you money every month. For most Indian SMEs that is either per-user cost or lost calls.
What Switching Really Costs (10 and 25 Users)
For a 10-user team, a Zoho CRM alternative costs from ₹1,500 to about ₹25,000 a month, against ₹8,000 for Zoho CRM Standard and ₹14,000 for Zoho CRM Professional, billed annually and before GST. Team size changes the winner, so we priced both 10 and 25 users.
| CRM and plan | 10 users / month | 25 users / month | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zoho CRM Standard (₹800/user) | ₹8,000 | ₹20,000 | No Blueprint or quotes |
| Zoho CRM Professional (₹1,400/user) | ₹14,000 | ₹35,000 | Telephony billed by provider |
| Bigin Premier (₹720/user) | ₹7,200 | ₹18,000 | Express is ₹400/user |
| Freshsales Growth (₹749/user) | ₹7,490 | ₹18,725 | Plus Freshcaller per-minute charges |
| HubSpot Sales Hub Starter ($9/seat) | $90 | $225 | Billed in USD |
| TeleCRM (₹799/user) | ₹7,990 | ₹19,975 | Quarterly billing is ₹1,099/user |
| NeoDove NeoLite / NeoPlus | ₹1,500 (₹17,999/year) | Ask vendor (NeoPlus covers 20 users) | Yearly plans only |
| Kylas (flat) | ₹12,999 | ₹12,999 | Unlimited users |
| LeadSquared Pro (estimate) | ₹25,000 | ₹62,500 | Estimate from Kylas’ comparison page |
| Mera Udyog yearly plan | ₹7,499 | ₹7,499 | Up to 50 users; includes HR, payroll, billing, inventory |
Monthly figures are annual prices divided by 12, before 18% GST.

Three things the price page won’t tell you:
- Calling is often extra. Freshsales charges calling per minute through Freshcaller (IT for SME, 2026). With Zoho CRM, the telephony provider bills you separately.
- Monthly billing costs more. Freshsales Growth is ₹899 a month on monthly billing against ₹749 annually. Zoho CRM monthly billing runs about 20% above annual (IT for SME, 2026).
- Setup is a cost too. Zoho implementation partners quote separately for configuration, and WhatsApp API setup on TeleCRM costs ₹1,999 one-time (TeleCRM).
Our rule of thumb: for Zoho CRM alternatives for small business teams below about 10 users, per-user tools are cheapest. Above about 15 to 20 users, flat-priced tools usually win.
The 8 Best Zoho CRM Alternatives in India
The best Zoho CRM alternatives in India are Mera Udyog, Bigin, Freshsales, HubSpot, TeleCRM, NeoDove, Kylas and LeadSquared, the main Zoho CRM competitors in India, each strongest for a different reason for leaving Zoho. Here is what each one does well, where it falls short, and who should pick it.
1. Mera Udyog: Best Zoho CRM Alternative for Factories and Retail Chains
Mera Udyog is a business app with a sales CRM, SIM-based call tracking, attendance, payroll, GST billing and inventory in one plan. It is built for manufacturing units and multi-outlet retail chains with 20 to 500 people.
- Price: ₹9,999 a month or ₹89,990 a year for up to 50 users, before GST, with a 7-day free trial and no credit card (Mera Udyog pricing).
- CRM features: leads, pipeline stages, follow-up reminders, SIM-based call logs per lead and per salesperson, quotations, sales orders and GST invoices from the same record.
- Beyond CRM: the same employee record runs attendance, shifts, overtime and salary, so the salesperson who logs calls is the one whose attendance you see.
- Limits: fewer marketing automation and third-party integrations than Zoho or HubSpot; Android app plus web, so check iPhone needs during the trial.
Pick it if: your “CRM problem” is really four problems (sales, staff, billing and stock), or your team sells by phone from their own SIM cards.
2. Bigin by Zoho: Best Cheaper Option If You Want to Stay with Zoho
Bigin is Zoho’s simpler, pipeline-first CRM for small businesses. It suits teams that want a CRM like Zoho, inside Zoho’s ecosystem, without Zoho CRM’s weight.
- Price: free edition; Express ₹400, Premier ₹720 and Bigin 360 ₹1,080 per user a month, billed annually (Bigin, 2026).
- Strengths: quick setup, clean pipelines, works with other Zoho apps.
- Limits: still per-user pricing; fewer customization and automation options than Zoho CRM.
Pick it if: you have fewer than 10 users and mainly want a simpler screen, not a new vendor.
3. Freshsales: Best Polished General-Purpose CRM
Freshsales, from Chennai-founded Freshworks, is a modern sales CRM with built-in email, deal pipelines and AI features on higher plans.
- Price: free plan; Growth ₹749, Pro ₹3,239 and Enterprise ₹4,899 per user a month billed annually (IT for SME, 2026).
- Strengths: clean interface that sales teams adopt quickly; strong reporting on Pro.
- Limits: calling through Freshcaller is billed per minute; the jump from Growth to Pro is large.
Pick it if: ease of use is your main reason for leaving Zoho and calls are a small part of your sales.
4. HubSpot: Best for Marketing-Led Sales
HubSpot offers a free CRM with no user cap and paid Sales Hub plans that tie sales to email marketing and website forms.
- Price: free CRM; Sales Hub Starter $9 per seat a month billed annually, Professional $90 per seat plus a $1,500 one-time onboarding fee (HubSpot, September 2026).
- Strengths: best-in-class marketing tools, huge integration library.
- Limits: billed in dollars; costs climb steeply at Professional, and India-specific telecalling needs add-ons or integrations.
Pick it if: most of your leads come from your website and email campaigns.
5. TeleCRM: Best for Telecalling Teams
TeleCRM is an Indian CRM built around mobile calling, call recording and WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Price: ₹799 per user a month billed annually, or ₹1,099 billed quarterly; WhatsApp API setup ₹1,999 one-time (TeleCRM).
- Strengths: records incoming and outgoing calls of every employee (except personal SIM calls, per its FAQ); built for high call volumes.
- Limits: CRM only; no HR, billing or stock.
Pick it if: your team makes dozens of calls a day and sales is the only process you want to fix.

6. NeoDove: Best Budget Telecalling CRM
NeoDove sells yearly packs for small telecalling teams, with optional AI calling agents.
- Price: NeoLite ₹17,999 a year for up to 10 users and NeoPlus ₹24,999 a year for up to 20 users; AI plans from ₹22,999 a year (NeoDove).
- Strengths: very low cost per user for small teams.
- Limits: WhatsApp API, IVR and VoIP cost extra; yearly billing only; limited pipelines and workflows on lower packs.
Pick it if: you need a calling CRM for under ₹2,000 a month.
7. Kylas: Best Flat Price for Large Sales Teams
Kylas is an Indian sales CRM that charges one flat price for unlimited users.
- Price: ₹12,999 a month, or ₹1,55,988 a year, for unlimited users (Kylas, August 2026).
- Strengths: cost stays fixed as the team grows.
- Limits: expensive for very small teams; sales CRM only.
Pick it if: you have 20 or more salespeople and per-user bills are your biggest complaint.
8. LeadSquared: Best for Enterprise-Scale Funnels
LeadSquared is a sales execution CRM used by large lending, education and healthcare sales teams in India.
- Price: quote-based; Kylas estimates its Pro plan at about ₹2,500 per user a month (Kylas, 2026).
- Strengths: deep lead routing, field sales and process automation.
- Limits: costly and slower to set up; more than most SMEs need.
Pick it if: you have 50 or more salespeople and complex lead routing rules.

Zoho One vs an All-in-One Indian App
Zoho One bundles Zoho CRM with 45+ other Zoho apps for ₹1,250 per employee a month, billed annually, but only if you license every employee in the company. The flexible plan, where you license only some users, costs ₹3,500 per user a month billed annually (IT for SME, 2026).
That rule matters for factories. A 50-employee plant on the all-employee plan pays ₹62,500 a month before GST, because operators who never open the CRM still need a licence.
Partners also quote implementation at ₹25,000 to ₹2,00,000 depending on the apps you configure.
| Zoho One (all-employee) | Mera Udyog | |
|---|---|---|
| 50 employees, per month | ₹62,500 | ₹9,999 (₹7,499 billed yearly) |
| Apps included | 45+ Zoho apps | CRM, attendance, payroll, GST billing, inventory, hiring, tasks |
| Licensing rule | Every employee must be licensed | Up to 50 users on one plan |
| Built for | Any business, highly configurable | Factories and multi-outlet retail chains |
| Setup | Partner implementation, often quoted separately | Self-setup with free demo |

Zoho One is the better choice when you need its depth, and no Zoho alternative matches its range: advanced finance, marketing automation, help desk and custom apps. If you mainly need sales, staff, billing and stock connected, a focused app costs a fraction of it.
How to Switch from Zoho CRM Without Losing Data
To switch from Zoho CRM safely, take a full data backup, export each module to CSV, map the fields to your new CRM, run both systems for two weeks, then cancel. We call this the Zoho Exit Checklist.
The Zoho Exit Checklist
- Request a full data backup. In Zoho CRM, go to Setup → Data Administration → Export and use Request Data Backup. A backup includes all module data, attachments and configuration details, which a normal export does not (Zoho help).
- Export each module to CSV. Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, Notes and Activities. CSV exports allow up to 2,00,000 records per module per export, and XLSX up to 50,000.
- Watch the daily limit. Zoho allows 10 exports a day on Free, 100 on Standard, 250 on Professional, 500 on Enterprise and 1,000 on Ultimate. Plan large accounts over two days.
- Download within 7 days. Export download links expire after 7 days, and export history covers 60 days.
- Check permissions. The user exporting needs the Export permission for each module in their Zoho profile.
- Map fields before importing. List Zoho fields, pipeline stages and lead sources, then match them to the new CRM. Clean duplicates first.
- Run both systems for two weeks. New leads go into the new CRM; Zoho stays read-only for history.
- Move integrations last. Website forms, Facebook lead ads, IndiaMART and telephony webhooks need repointing.
- Cancel only after checking. Compare record counts in both systems, then downgrade or cancel Zoho before renewal.

Time it to your renewal date. Zoho annual plans renew on a fixed date, so start the switch about 30 days before it.
When Staying Put Is the Smarter Move
Stay on Zoho CRM if your team already uses it daily, you rely on Zoho Books, Desk or Campaigns, or you need deep customization that simpler CRMs can’t match. Switching has a real cost in setup time and lost habits.
Zoho CRM’s free plan for up to 3 users is also hard to beat for very small teams. And if your only complaint is complexity, try moving to Bigin before you leave Zoho entirely.
A switch makes sense when the reason is structural: per-user cost at scale, calls the CRM can’t see, or sales data cut off from staff and billing. Those don’t fix themselves with more training.

FAQ: Zoho CRM Alternative
What is the best Zoho CRM alternative in India?
The best Zoho CRM alternative depends on why you are leaving. Mera Udyog suits factories and retail chains that want CRM, payroll and billing together, TeleCRM and NeoDove suit telecalling teams, Kylas suits large teams wanting a flat price, and Bigin suits small teams who want a simpler Zoho.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Zoho CRM?
Yes. Bigin starts at ₹400 per user a month, NeoDove costs ₹17,999 a year for up to 10 users, and flat-priced tools such as Kylas and Mera Udyog cost less than Zoho CRM once a team passes about 15 to 20 users. Prices exclude 18% GST.
Is Bigin better than Zoho CRM?
Bigin is simpler and cheaper than Zoho CRM, at ₹400 to ₹1,080 per user a month billed annually, but it has fewer customization and automation features. It suits small teams with a simple sales pipeline.
Which CRM is best for telecalling instead of Zoho CRM?
TeleCRM, NeoDove and Mera Udyog log calls made from salespeople’s mobile phones without a separate telephony provider. Zoho CRM needs a provider such as Exotel or Knowlarity connected through PhoneBridge.
How do I export my data from Zoho CRM?
Go to Setup → Data Administration → Export. Export each module to CSV (up to 2,00,000 records per module per export) and use Request Data Backup to include attachments and configuration details.
Is Zoho One cheaper than a separate CRM?
Zoho One costs ₹1,250 per employee a month billed annually, but every employee must be licensed. For a 50-person company that is ₹62,500 a month before GST, so it is cheaper only if most employees use several Zoho apps.
Does Zoho CRM have a free plan?
Yes. Zoho CRM is free for up to 3 users. Teams of 4 or more need a paid plan from ₹800 per user a month billed annually.
