Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to every purchase of Mera Udyog (the “Service”), a product of Saadhan Innovation Labs Private Limited (“Mera Udyog”, “we”, “us”), whether made on meraudyog.com, app.meraudyog.com or through our sales team. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions. By paying for the Service you agree to this policy.

1. All payments are non-refundable

All fees paid for Mera Udyog are final and non-refundable. This includes monthly and yearly subscriptions, Enterprise plans, additional users, add-ons, implementation or setup fees, custom development and any other charges. It applies whether or not you use the Service, how many users you add, and how much of a billing period has passed.

2. Try before you pay

Because we do not offer refunds, we give every business a free 7-day trial with no credit card needed, and a free demo on your own way of working. Please use them to check that Mera Udyog fits your shifts, branches and processes before you make any payment. Start your free trial or book a free demo.

3. No partial or prorated refunds

We do not give refunds, credits or adjustments for unused time, unused users or unused features. Downgrading your plan, removing users or cancelling part-way through a billing period does not entitle you to any refund or credit for the rest of that period.

4. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time by writing to hello@meraudyog.com before your next renewal date. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund any amount already paid. You keep access to the Service until the end of the billing period you have paid for.

5. Yearly plans, discounts and offers

Yearly plans are paid in advance and are non-refundable, including any part of the year that is unused. Payments made under a discount, coupon or promotional offer are also final. A yearly plan cannot be switched to a monthly plan, or refunded, part-way through its term.

6. Suspension or termination

If your account is suspended or terminated because of non-payment or a breach of our Terms & Conditions, no refund is due for any amount already paid.

7. Taxes

GST and other taxes charged on your invoice form part of your payment and are not refundable.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page and apply to payments made after that date.
