Partner policy
Referral partner commission policy.
This policy sets out the commission terms for referral partners who introduce customers to Mera Udyog.
- CommissionThe referral partner will be eligible for a one-time commission equal to 50% of the first month's net subscription fee actually collected from an eligible referred customer.
- Calculation basisCommission will be calculated on the subscription amount after discounts and excluding GST, other applicable taxes, refunds, credits, and non-recurring charges.
- Eligibility and paymentThe referral must be registered with Mera Udyog and accepted before the customer enters an active sales process. Commission becomes payable after the customer's first subscription payment is received and the account is activated.
- No recurring commissionThe commission is a one-time payment based on the first month's eligible subscription revenue. No recurring commission is payable unless separately agreed in writing by Mera Udyog.
- Taxes and statutory deductionsAll taxes, duties, levies, withholding taxes, TDS, GST, and other statutory charges or deductions applicable under the laws and tax regime in force in India shall apply, as relevant. Any required tax deduction or withholding by Mera Udyog will be made in accordance with applicable law. The referral partner is responsible for their own tax registrations, returns, and compliance, where applicable.
- Refunds, cancellations and misrepresentationNo commission is payable on refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or cancelled transactions. If commission has already been paid on a transaction that is subsequently refunded or reversed, Mera Udyog may recover or offset the amount against future commissions, subject to applicable law.
- GeneralMera Udyog reserves the right to verify referrals, reject duplicate or ineligible referrals, and amend this policy prospectively by written notice. Any exception must be approved in writing by an authorised representative of Mera Udyog.

How much commission do I earn?
A one-time commission equal to 50% of the first month's net subscription fee actually collected from an eligible customer you referred.
Is the commission paid every month?
No. It is a one-time payment based on the first month's eligible subscription revenue. No recurring commission is payable unless Mera Udyog agrees otherwise in writing.
When do I get paid?
After the customer's first subscription payment is received and their account is activated.
Do I need to register the referral first?
Yes. The referral must be registered with Mera Udyog and accepted before the customer enters an active sales process. Email hello@meraudyog.com with the business's details before you introduce them.
What if the customer cancels or is refunded?
No commission is payable on refunded, reversed, fraudulent or cancelled transactions. If a commission was already paid on a transaction that is later refunded or reversed, Mera Udyog may recover it or offset it against your future commissions, subject to applicable law.
Are taxes deducted from my commission?
Applicable taxes and statutory deductions under Indian law, including TDS and GST where relevant, apply. Any required deduction is made in accordance with the law, and you are responsible for your own tax registrations and returns where applicable.
