We are a product company working on an unglamorous, genuinely hard problem: making sales, people, money and service behave as one system for businesses that cannot afford a systems integrator.
What working here is actually like
The honest version, because the alternative wastes both our time.
- Small team, wide surface. Fourteen modules and a shared core. You will own more than you would at a larger company, including the parts that are not fun.
- Customers who are not technical. Our users are branch managers, telecallers, HR executives and institute directors. If a feature needs a developer to configure, we have failed.
- Constraints we take seriously. Low connectivity, WhatsApp-first behaviour, installment-based collection, statutory compliance. These are design inputs, not edge cases.
- Early-to-growth stage. Real customers and real revenue, and also real gaps: no SOC 2 yet, no public REST API yet, no inventory module. If that ambiguity is uncomfortable, this is not the right time to join.
