We built the operating system this market actually runs on.
MeraUdyog is an AI-powered Business Operating System for growing, multi-location businesses: unifying Sales CRM, Marketing, HRMS, Recruitment, Payroll, Attendance, Support Desk, Internal Communication, Finance and Analytics on one shared data core, built branch-first rather than headquarters-first.
Why we started
The segment we serve was not underserved by accident. Enterprise suites are over-built and overpriced for a fifty-person business; point solutions are affordable individually and unaffordable collectively once you count the logins, the training and the reconciliation nobody owns.
And almost none of it was designed for how this market actually operates. Most growing businesses here run on branches, centers, franchises and field teams. Not a single head-office sales floor. A CRM that expresses that structure through a territory hierarchy is asking you to maintain a workaround forever.
So we made one architectural decision first and built everything downstream of it: branch, center and owner live in the shared data core. That single choice is why multi-location governance is consistent across every module here, why cross-module automation is a rule rather than an integration, and why we could ship agentic AI access earlier than most of the category, exposing business data coherently to an assistant requires the data to be coherent first.
Our positioning, in one line
The Business Operating System for branch-first, multi-location businesses: not a generic CRM, and not an enterprise suite.
Who we build for
- 20–500 employees
- Two or more branches, centers or field teams. Or planning to be
- Three or more disconnected tools today
- High lead or call volume
- No dedicated IT or RevOps function
The order we built it in was not accidental.
The observation
We kept meeting the same business: twenty to fifty people, two or three locations, and six to ten disconnected tools. Every one of them had bought good software and still could not answer a cross-functional question without an export.
Branch-first, from the schema up
The first decision was architectural rather than commercial: branch, center and owner would live in the shared data core, not as custom fields in each module. Everything else follows from that.
The people chain
Recruitment, HRMS, Attendance and Payroll shipped as one connected chain, because the attendance-to-payroll reconciliation was the single most consistent monthly cost our customers described.
Telephony as a first-class layer
Connection rate, meaningful calls, call sequences and recordings moved into the CRM layer rather than sitting behind an add-on. High-volume calling businesses were the ones the category served worst.
Automation across the seams
Won-deal-to-invoice and new-hire-to-payroll shipped as configured rules rather than integrations: the payoff of a shared data core, and the thing competitors find hardest to replicate.
Agentic access
The MCP Builder and AI call summarization shipped. Exposing business data coherently to an AI assistant turned out to require exactly the architecture we had already committed to.
Six principles, including the uncomfortable ones.
Configuration, not code
Our ideal customer has no dedicated IT or RevOps function. If a capability requires a developer or an implementation partner, it is not available to them. So it does not count as shipped.
Name the pain precisely
We would rather open a conversation by describing the buyer's operational reality than by listing features. If we have the diagnosis wrong, everything after it is noise.
Say where we lose
Salesforce leads on ecosystem. HubSpot leads on inbound marketing depth. Zoho has a bigger catalogue. Odoo is stronger on inventory. We publish that in our own comparison matrix, because a comparison that only flatters its author is worthless.
Breadth is only useful pre-integrated
Fourteen modules that need wiring together is just a smaller version of the problem we exist to solve. One data core is the product; the modules are consequences of it.
Built for branches, not headquarters
Most of this market runs on branches, centers, franchises and field teams. Designing for a single head-office sales floor and retrofitting the rest is how the category got here.
Honest numbers
Every ROI figure we publish states its assumptions on screen. A number that cannot survive a finance review is not worth putting in front of one.
Stated as intent, not availability.
A CRM-wide AI copilot
Extending beyond call summarization into next-best-action on leads, renewal risk flags and draft replies for the support desk.
REST API and webhooks
Alongside the existing MCP Builder, so non-AI integrations do not need an AI intermediary.
MCP access governance
Scoped, role-and-branch-aware permissions for exactly what each connected AI assistant can read or act on.
Certifications, SSO and MFA
ISO 27001 and SOC 2 alongside single sign-on and multi-factor authentication, to meet enterprise and BFSI procurement requirements.
Vertical template packs
Pre-configured fields and workflows for education, healthcare and real estate, to cut onboarding time further.
Embedded BI and forecasting
A drill-down analytics layer and predictive pipeline forecasting for data-mature customers.
About MeraUdyog
MeraUdyog is an AI-powered Business Operating System that unifies Sales CRM, Marketing Automation, HRMS, Recruitment, Payroll, Attendance, Support Desk, Internal Communication, Finance, and Analytics on one shared data core, built for businesses that operate across multiple branches and centers.
Businesses with 20–500 employees operating two or more branches, centers or field teams (or planning to), currently running three or more disconnected tools across sales, HR, support and payroll, with high lead or call volume and no dedicated IT or RevOps function. Education, healthcare, real estate, manufacturing and distribution, financial services, recruitment and staffing, and franchise or multi-branch service businesses are where the fit is strongest.
Early-to-growth. The module coverage, fourteen functional areas, already rivals category leaders on breadth, and the Sales CRM module has category-leading depth on telephony analytics and branch governance. The remaining gaps are in enterprise trappings rather than core functionality: ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certification, SSO and MFA, a public REST API alongside MCP, an inventory module, and a broader BI layer. We would rather state that plainly than let you discover it during procurement.
Our primary market is India, with customers across other emerging markets whose SME structures are similarly branch-first. The platform is built around the operational realities of these markets: WhatsApp as a primary channel, installment-based fee collection, low-connectivity field operations, and statutory deductions of the PF and ESI type.
