What should a salary slip include?
Company and employee details, the pay period and days paid, every earning (basic, DA, HRA, allowances, overtime), every deduction (PF, ESI, professional tax, TDS) and the net pay.
How is PF calculated on a salary slip?
The employee’s PF contribution is usually 12% of basic + DA. This template uses that formula; change it if your company applies a wage ceiling or a different structure.
Can I use this salary slip format in Word or PDF?
